Maybe the ones who are unhinged enough to so something like that are actually the same ones who feel compelled to stay loyal.
I think you hit the nail smack on!
i keep reading of some guy who is so upset at someone that he goes into a theater and shoots 20 people..
or a kid that is so mad that the other kids made fun of him that he goes to school and shoots a bunch of kids..
or some guy that was fired from his job and he goes back and shoots of bunch of his workers.

it's getting to the point where cnn should start announcing "breaking news" if there *hasn't* been a mass shooting !.
it's crazy.. i was watching the 70's documentary they are running and that's the point when media hype about mass serial killers seemed to begin the danger-gun-solution hype cycle.
sure, people had guns before then but nowhere near like it is now.. when will it end?
As you know, hundreds of years ago in England, a black swan was a popular symbol for the impossible because no such creature had ever been seen, until black swans were discovered in Australia. The bird now symbolizes, that which seems impossible “But can in fact occur” I like the way one article puts it, “The black swan reminds us that believing something cannot happen is often just a failure of imagination."
There have been a lot of close calls that the general population is not aware of. In order to have zero probability that a nuclear war of some sorts will not happen and affect several countries, including our own, the formula would have to be;
Zero Nuclear weapons = 0 probability of a nuclear bomb being detonated in our country.
But that’s not the case, is it?
Same with guns.

Understand probability theory, and you will understand why you are wrong. More guns = greater probability they will be used, and misused, regardless of the majority of ownership being of those who are non-violent and responsible
If that’s the case, then we got something more important than guns to worry about.
According to a new report from the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), nine nations — the United States, Russia, United Kingdom, France, China, India, Pakistan, Israel and North Korea — possess approximately 16,300 nuclear weapons. in total.Jun 17, 2014
More Nuclear Weapons =
Greater probability they will be used sooner or later.

Even if it's true that the Organization is using its members as an alternative energy source----It's still the Truth.

"And as for the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God, `I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'? He is not God of the dead, but of the living."
Good one Ding, I forgot about that one.

In this the Catholic concept is almost identical with Olam Ha Ba, including even life upon a restored paradise earth.
I didn't know that and I was Catholic before I was a JW
Village Idiot Not quite. Ancient Hebrews believed in a eternal spirit (ruach) that upon death would descend down into Sheol which was considered to be the underworld were the spirits of all persons, good and evil, went. They were to be in a spiritual coma so to speak, sleeping - not conscious but living.

I think the possibility is very real and the odds will only increase as the GB pursue their totalitarian heartless course of disfellowshipping dissenters. Eventually they are going to piss off the wrong person who is very unstable with anger issues over whatever.
I think so to Brokeback Watchtower
